Sessions unfold intuitively and responsively, meeting each partner - and the relationship itself - exactly where they are. This approach allows space for both shared connection and individual reflection, recognizing that meaningful relationship change often happens when each person feels seen, supported, and understood.

Across six sessions, we may explore:

• Communication patterns and emotional dynamics
• Unresolved or tender experiences that affect connection
• Ways to create greater safety, clarity, and mutual respect
• How each partner's inner world shows up in the relationship

Sessions may include a blend of hypnotherapy, coaching, guided conversation, and reflective practices, always tailored to what feels most supportive in the moment.

Inner Alignment provide the space to stay -- allowing patterns, experiences, and inner dynamics to unfold gradually and with care. This program is especially well suited for themes that have been present for years, or for those who value a slower, more spacious approach to meaningful change.

Over the course of 8 customized sessions, we explore different aspects of your inner and outer life at a pace that honours your nervous system, history, and capacity. Sessions are thoughtfully guided using a blend of hypnotherapy, coaching, and intuitive support, evolving as you do.

• A 90-minute initial deep-dive session to establish a grounded, supportive foundation
• Remaining sessions approximately 60 minutes each
